Shirley has spent more than 30 years in healthcare IT specializing in project management for various product and technical implementations. Shirley has worked for both hospital and vendor organizations, leading numerous software development, integration and implementation projects related to health information systems, emergency departments, revenue cycle management, scheduling and other patient facing applications.
